This notice applies when you reserve early access to a HALOOV product. A reservation is free, creates no purchase obligation and can be withdrawn at any time.
1. Who is responsible?
HALOOV is the controller for reservation information submitted on this website. For privacy questions, access requests or withdrawal of consent, email hello@haloov.com.
2. What do we collect?
We collect the email address and product preference you submit. We also store the submission date, the page where the form was submitted, and—when available—campaign parameters or the referring page. We do not ask for payment details and do not sell reservation data.
3. Why and on what basis?
We use this information to record your reservation, send product-development and launch updates about HALOOV, estimate interest per product, and invite you to order when the selected product becomes available. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
4. Who receives the data?
Access is limited to HALOOV and service providers needed to host the website, store reservations, deliver email or maintain security. These providers may only process the information on our instructions and under appropriate data-protection terms. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, HALOOV will use a recognised transfer safeguard.
5. How long is it kept?
Reservation information is kept until the selected product launches and for no more than 12 months afterwards, unless you withdraw earlier or a longer period is required to resolve a legal claim. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent or ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your information. You may also object where applicable and complain to your local data-protection authority. Email your request to hello@haloov.com; we may need to verify that the email address belongs to you.
7. Cookies and measurement
HALOOV uses a consent-managed Meta Pixel only after you choose “Allow measurement”. After consent, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may receive the page URL, browser and device information, IP address, a PageView event and—after a reservation has been successfully stored—a Lead event containing the selected product. HALOOV does not send your email address through the Pixel. Meta may use cookies or similar technology for measurement and advertising. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for its processing.
HALOOV also uses Google Analytics 4 only after the same choice. Google Ireland Limited may receive session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, page-view information and—after a reservation has been successfully stored—a generate_lead event containing the selected product. Google Analytics uses IP addresses at collection time to determine approximate location and discards them before the data is logged. HALOOV does not send your reservation email address to Google Analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing.
No Meta or Google measurement tag loads before you consent. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
8. Changes
Material changes will be shown on this page with a new update date. If a change affects what you consented to, HALOOV will request fresh consent where required.
