Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders that businesses place in the HALOOV webshop on haloov.com, haloov.be and haloov.nl.

Who can order

The webshop sells to businesses: stables, yards, riding schools and other companies with a Belgian or Dutch VAT number. Sales to consumers are not offered in the webshop yet; riders can reserve the retail range.

Prices

Prices are in euro. On the product pages they are shown excluding VAT; VAT at 21% and the delivery cost are added in your order request and confirmed by us before delivery. For the 5 L jerrycans the price per jerrycan follows the total number of jerrycans in the order: € 190 for 1 to 5, € 175 from 6, € 145 from 48 and € 130 from 96. Regular and Pro cost the same.

Order and contract

Sending an order request does not yet create a contract. The order is final once HALOOV has confirmed it by email. In case of an obvious price error or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, HALOOV may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

Payment

You pay by bank transfer on the invoice you receive by email after we have confirmed your order. The invoice states the VAT and the payment term.

Delivery

HALOOV delivers in Belgium and the Netherlands from its own stock. We confirm the expected delivery date by email. Half and full pallets (from 48 jerrycans) are delivered free; for other orders the delivery cost shown in your order applies. The goods are at your risk from the moment of delivery.

Retention of title

Delivered products remain the property of HALOOV until the order has been paid in full.

Inspection and complaints

Check the delivery when you receive it. Report visible damage, missing items or a wrong product within 8 days of delivery to hello@haloov.com, preferably with photos. We then arrange a replacement or a refund.

Use of the products

Use the products as described on the label and on the product page. HALOOV products are for stable surfaces, trailers and equipment, are never applied to the horse and are not a disinfectant. Effects on odour and insects are being validated. HALOOV gives no guarantee about the outcome of a competition test; the Pro editions are formulated without essential oils for that reason.

Liability

HALOOV's liability is limited to the invoice value of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

We use your details only to handle your order. Read the privacy notice for how we process them.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where HALOOV is established. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts there, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
